WaveSave Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of WaveSave, including the WaveSave app, features, content, links, price-refresh tools, ads, in-app purchases, and related services.
WaveSave is based in London, Ontario, Canada.
By tapping Agree & Continue or using WaveSave, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WaveSave.
1. What WaveSave Does
WaveSave helps users check, refresh, compare, organize, and view prices or product information from third-party merchants and websites.
WaveSave is not the seller of the products or services shown in the app unless WaveSave clearly says otherwise.
Purchases are completed through third-party merchants. Those merchants are responsible for their own products, prices, product descriptions, checkout pages, payments, shipping, taxes, fees, returns, refunds, warranties, customer support, and policies.
2. No Accounts
WaveSave does not require WaveSave user accounts.
You are responsible for your own use of the app and for any merchant accounts, app store accounts, device settings, or payment methods you use outside WaveSave.
3. Prices, Discounts, and Availability
Prices, discounts, availability, product information, taxes, shipping costs, fees, checkout terms, and merchant details shown in WaveSave may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by third-party merchants at any time.
WaveSave does not guarantee that any price, discount, product, offer, coupon, availability, or savings shown in the app is accurate, current, complete, or available.
The final price and terms shown by the merchant at checkout control your purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing all purchase details before completing a transaction.
WaveSave does not guarantee that it will find the lowest price, best offer, valid coupon, available product, or accurate merchant information.
4. Third-Party Merchants, Websites, and Terms
WaveSave may interact with or link to third-party websites, apps, stores, checkout pages, merchants, affiliate networks, advertising services, or other services.
WaveSave does not own or control those third parties.
Third-party websites and merchants may have their own terms, restrictions, robots policies, anti-bot systems, coupon policies, affiliate policies, account rules, technical limitations, security systems, or checkout requirements.
You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your use of those websites or services.
WaveSave does not guarantee that any third-party website will permit, support, honour, or continue to allow use of WaveSave with its website, prices, products, links, coupons, checkout process, or account system.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveSave is not responsible for third-party actions, including blocked requests, unavailable prices, inaccurate prices, refused coupons, changed checkout terms, cancelled orders, account restrictions, account suspension, merchant website errors, merchant policy changes, failed refreshes, unavailable products, delayed updates, or any other action taken by a third-party merchant, website, affiliate network, app store, or service.
5. Affiliate Links and Commissions
Some links, buttons, merchant links, or codes in WaveSave may be affiliate, referral, or commissionable links.
This means WaveSave may earn a commission if you click a link, use a code, or make a purchase through the app.
Affiliate links and codes do not increase the price you pay.
Affiliate links and codes do not affect which offers are shown or how offers are ranked.
When WaveSave uses or applies an affiliate link or code, WaveSave will notify you.
If WaveSave applies an affiliate code, WaveSave will allow you to remove the affiliate code.
Removing an affiliate code may affect whether WaveSave receives a commission. It may also affect whether the merchant applies that code, discount, or attribution.
6. Ads and Google AdMob
WaveSave may display ads through Google AdMob or similar advertising services.
Ads help support the free version of WaveSave.
WaveSave does not provide its refresh analytics to Google AdMob. However, Google AdMob and related advertising services may collect or process information independently under their own terms, policies, SDKs, and settings.
WaveSave is not responsible for third-party advertising services, ad content, advertiser claims, advertiser websites, or third-party ad tracking practices.
7. WaveSave Pro and In-App Purchases
WaveSave may offer WaveSave Pro or other paid features through in-app purchase.
WaveSave Pro may disable in-app ads, where available.
WaveSave Pro does not guarantee price accuracy, merchant availability, successful refreshes, lower prices, better offers, valid coupons, compatibility with every merchant website, uninterrupted service, or any particular third-party merchant outcome.
In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment platform, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
WaveSave does not receive your full payment card number.
Refunds, billing issues, cancellations, and purchase disputes may be handled by the applicable app store or payment platform according to its policies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Prices, features, and availability of WaveSave Pro may change over time.
8. Limited Refresh Analytics
When users refresh prices, WaveSave may collect limited, non-user-identifying refresh analytics to improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, understand app usage, and understand which merchant domains are being refreshed.
Refresh analytics may include date and time, app version, platform, country or region, refresh type, item count, merchant domains checked, success counts, and failure counts.
For example, WaveSave may record that a refresh checked global.lttstore.com.
WaveSave refresh analytics do not include full URLs, query parameters, cart contents, browsing history, user accounts, names, email addresses, user IDs, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers.
Refresh analytics are on by default and can be turned off anytime in Settings.

9. Support, Issue Reports, and Feedback
Users can contact WaveSave at support@wavesave.app.
Users may also submit issues with specific links, merchants, products, or refresh results through the app.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or issue reports, you allow WaveSave to use them to improve, modify, develop, and operate the app without owing compensation to you.
WaveSave may also maintain a Reddit community at r/WaveSave. The Reddit community is provided for discussion and feedback. Reddit is a third-party platform and is governed by Reddit’s own terms and privacy policy.
10. Acceptable Use
You may use WaveSave for personal or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree not to use WaveSave for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or deceptive purposes; interfere with or disrupt the app; attempt to bypass security, technical restrictions, or rate limits; misuse price-refresh features; misuse affiliate links, referral systems, coupons, merchant offers, or merchant links; submit false, abusive, or misleading issue reports; reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or reproduce WaveSave except as permitted by law; scrape, harvest, or extract WaveSave’s code, design, internal data, or systems; use WaveSave in a way that harms WaveSave, merchants, users, app stores, affiliate partners, advertising partners, or service providers; misrepresent your relationship with WaveSave or any third-party merchant; or use WaveSave in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
11. Intellectual Property
WaveSave, including its software, design, branding, logo, features, text, content, organization, and user interface, is owned by WaveSave or licensed to WaveSave and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, WaveSave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on WaveSave except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
12. Third-Party Content and Links
WaveSave may display or link to third-party content, merchant information, product information, prices, offers, websites, ads, or services.
WaveSave does not guarantee third-party content.
A link to a merchant or third-party website does not mean WaveSave endorses, controls, guarantees, or is responsible for that merchant, website, product, service, price, offer, advertisement, checkout page, or policy.
Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk.
13. App Changes and Availability
WaveSave may be updated, changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
WaveSave does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every website, or able to refresh every price.
Some features may depend on third-party websites, app stores, advertising services, affiliate networks, internet access, or platform services outside WaveSave’s control.
14. Disclaimer
WaveSave is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveSave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility with third-party websites, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and successful price refreshes.
WaveSave does not guarantee that prices are accurate, prices are current, products are available, discounts are valid, coupons will work, merchants will honour displayed prices, merchant websites will support WaveSave, affiliate links or codes will work, ads will be relevant, WaveSave Pro will be available in every region, or the app will meet your expectations.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveSave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, incorrect prices, expired offers, unavailable products, failed refreshes, merchant disputes, refused coupons, cancelled orders, checkout issues, shipping issues, return or refund issues, warranty issues, third-party website restrictions, third-party account restrictions, third-party advertising content, affiliate network issues, app store billing issues, service interruptions, or third-party conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveSave’s total liability for any claim related to the app or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid directly to WaveSave for the app or WaveSave Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WaveSave harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of WaveSave, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your violation of third-party rights, your misuse of merchant websites, coupons, affiliate links, or checkout processes, or information, feedback, or issue reports you submit.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or other laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
18. Changes to These Terms
WaveSave may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, WaveSave may provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means.
The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of WaveSave after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute related to WaveSave or these Terms will be handled in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
